A Latin American patient with a left ventricular pseudoaneurysm presenting with progressive dyspnea and palpitations

A 71-year old male presented with a six-month history of intermittent palpitations. He also referred progressive orthopnea, bilateral lower extremity edema and dyspnea on exertion. He recently moved from Santa Cruz, Bolivia to the United States. He did not report any history of chest pain, visual changes, or syncope.
