Reversible cause of Neuropathy and Monoclonal Gammopathy Of Renal Significance

A 60-year-old gentleman presented to our inpatient department with complaints of pedal edema and oliguria of 3-months duration. He gave a history of loss of appetite and decreased sensation in hands and feet along with slippage of footwear for the past two months. There was no history of loss of weight, fever, diabetes, hypertension or any other systemic illness in the past. He denied any history of alcohol or substance abuse and occupational and/or recreational exposure to chemicals or toxins.
