Collaboration Improves PrEP Care for Providers and Patients

We applaud the Fantry and Connick commentary describing how internal medicine physicians and nurse practitioners have unique opportunities within practice to increase preexposure prophylaxis for the prevention (PrEP) awareness and use among patients.1 However, these practitioners should engage in this effort from a collaborative approach.
