Multiple pigmented lesions of the breast following ipsilateral breast carcinoma

A 75-year-old Caucasian woman presented to the dermatology clinic (February 2019) with multiple dark lesions on her right breast of three-month’s duration. The patient’s medical history included right-sided breast cancer without nodal involvement (Stage IA), subsequent lumpectomy and radiation, and ongoing therapy with exemestane (March 2018); colorectal carcinoma with successive right hemicolectomy (2014); and multiple nonmelanoma skin cancers. The patient had been followed by dermatology frequently for routine total body skin examinations.
