A 33-year-old male with a history of Hirschsprung’s disease diagnosed shortly after birth, but left unrepaired due to social and financial barriers, presented with a 3-week history of progressively worsening left upper quadrant abdominal pain, and distention. He endorsed difficulty with defecation since birth. He also suffered from daily abdominal distention and pain that increased throughout the day and was often relieved with a bowel movement.
