A 45-year-old man had been diagnosed with right cholesteatoma and mastoiditis, and he received mastoidectomy and tympanotomy 1 year ago. Since then, he regularly followed up at the otolaryngology clinic. Right temporal headache and intermittent pus drainage (Figure. 1) from the operation wound were present.
