Infection related acquired haemophilia and false positive dengue: a case report

A 78-year-old lady presented with a 1-week history of left ankle pain and redness with fever. There was no preceding trauma. She had a past medical history of well-controlled diabetes, hypertension and osteoporosis complicated by a left neck of femur fracture 3 years ago, which was managed conservatively.
