Central Poststroke Pain with Wallenberg Syndrome

A 77-year-old man presented to our hospital, complaining of nausea and unsteady gait for 10 days and progressive right periorbital pain for 5 days. The pain was described as stabbing and burning, and was persistent, without waxing and waning. He also complained of mild right lateropulsion. His medical history included dyslipidemia, and he took 5 mg of rosuvastatin daily.
