A 40-year-old Indian woman with no history of skin disease initially presented to an outside provider with an asymptomatic, smooth, skin-colored papule on the nasal dorsum for several weeks. Provisional diagnosis was an epidermal cyst and it was treated with intralesional triamcinolone 2.5mg/mL. Subsequently, incision and drainage was attempted with minimal material expressed. Two months after initial presentation, the patient presented to us with what appeared to be a dilated pore at the same location.
