Middle-Aged Man With Left Limb Weakness

A 45-year-old man had been diagnosed with right cholesteatoma and mastoiditis, and he received mastoidectomy and tympanotomy 1 year previous. Since then, he regularly followed up at the otolaryngology clinic. Right temporal headache and intermittent pus drainage (Figure 1) from the operation wound were present.
