Without Warning: Scleroderma Renal Crisis

The patient’s disease had yet to be diagnosed when a complication emerged in dramatic fashion. A 44-year-old man of Indian descent presented to an outside hospital after having suffered a seizure at work. He had no previous history of seizures.
