Malignant Pancreatic insulinoma with large hepatic metastasis

A tiny pancreatic tumor was the source of a grave problem. The patient, a 42-year old man, reported sudden fainting attacks when he presented to the emergency department of our institute. He had no history of similar symptoms in the past. On examination, his vitals including blood pressure, respiratory rate, and heart rate were within normal limits.
